about VIMAL BISUNDIAL

Vimal Bisundial was born in New York City. He didn't spend his childhood drawing pictures, he was more interested in going outside to play. After graduating high school he decided to attain a formal education in art. In Spring 2008, he graduated from the cartoon graphics sequence at the Joe Kubert School for Cartoon and Graphic Art. He decided to continue his artistic education and in fall of 2008 started attending the School of Visual Arts

Vimal's favorite artists are: Ashley Wood, Stuart Immonen, Eric Canete, Sean Gordon Murphy, Tommy Lee Edwards, James Jean and Paul Pope.

Vimal currently lives in New York working as a freelance illustrator, trying to push his industry to new heights and inspire others to do the same. In his spare time he likes to write biographies about himself in the third person.
